Project: Adaptive Reuse of the Old JC Penny Building (in progress) Location: Thomasville, Georgia Completion Date: January, 2004 Description: The Downtown Development Authority of the City of Thomasville, Georgia purchased the Old JC Penny Building to accommodate offices for Flowers Foods and Shields & Company. The project included a complete renovation of the interior along with adding an additional floor level to the existing building. The project architect was Mr. Robert Jinright with Jinright, Ryan and Lynn of Thomasville, Georgia. Mr Jinright said "the project was well executed by Southern Triad; they did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to work with". Below is an after and before picture of the project.

Project: Harvest Home Apartments Location: Bainbridge, Georgia Completion Date: June, 2003 Description: Harvest Home Apartments is a twenty-two unit apartment complex featuring seven buildings constructed for year-round farm workers. The project was designed with a manager's unit, community center and laundry room. Joyce Barr, Executive Director for PHASE, the project's owner, said "We are pleased with the results...Southern Triad worked hard and responded well in completing this attractive farm worker housing community". Dean Rexroth with Ingram Parris Group of Valdosta, Georgia was the project architect.

Project: Decatur County Livestock Facility Location: Bainbridge, Georgia Completion Date: July, 2002 Description: The Livestock Facility was constructed for those students without a place to house their livestock. The metal building structure with its vented roof system for the livestock was engineered and manufactured by Star Metal Buildings, which Southern Triad is a dealer for. Alan Thomas, Decatur County's Administrator said "Southern Triad was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a commercial contractor".

Project: Water Street Rehabilitation Project Location: Bainbridge, Georgia Completion Date: March, 2002 Description: The City of Bainbridge purchased most of the 300 block of Water Street in the historic district of downtown. The buildings were in poor condition, many with water damage. Southern Triad completely restored each of the buildings to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Historic Preservation Division's standards. Once completed, the project consisted of seven retail units and three apartments which were located on the second level. Leon Lynn with Jinright, Ryan and Lynn of Thomasville, Georgia was the project architect. The pictures reflect a before and after of the project.

Project: Baker County Elementary and Middle School Location: Newton, Georgia Completion Date: December, 2001 Description: The Baker County Elementary and Middle School is a 57,000 square foot elementary and middle school complete with gymnasium, cafeteria, library and assorted classrooms. Construction includes four metal buildings with masonry facade. The project architect was Dennis Jennings with Southern A&E of Austell, Georgia.

Project: YMCA Bowling Center Location: Bainbridge, Georgia Completion Date: September, 2001 Description: The Langston-Gray Bowling Center was a Design/Build project by Southern Triad. "The bowling center is quite an asset to our YMCA and to the community" says Ken Bailey, Executive Director of the YMCA. "The Southern Triad staff went the extra mile to ensure quality and to help the YMCA get the most for the money. We receive compliments regularly on the design and quality of the bowling center".

Project: Bank of Grady County Location: Cairo, Georgia Completion Date: September, 2000 Description: The Bank of Grady County is full service bank with four drive-thru lanes. Bank President, Terrell F. Posey states "Southern Triad did an outstanding job and was very easy to work with during our construction process. We are very pleased." Richard Hill and Associates of Valdosta was architect for the project.

Project: Inland Sun Stops Location: Georgia, Florida and Alabama Completion Date: 1998-2000 Description: Southern Triad constructed 3 convenient stores, a travel center and several interior renovations for Southwest Georgia Oil Company. Mike Harrell, President of SW GA Oil writes "My company and I have had the pleasure of working with Southern Triad many times, and have always found their work to be professional and competent. I highly recommend Southern Triad to anyone in need of a commercial contractor".
